The shared bathrooms are off-putting!!! Small towels for groups are insufficient!!! The area surrounding the hotel looks like a bomb site with rubbish everywhere!!! Response to requests could definitely improve!!!

the place had some decent amenities like a microwave and kettle which made it easier, and our room was clean and comfy too. the staff were really friendly and welcoming when we got there, made us feel at home. also, it was nice that they gave my kids some free lollipops. close to tube station, which helped us travel around london, happy about that! overall, not the worst stay.

The location was a short walk to the tube station, making it easy to access central London. The staff greeted us warmly on arrival and gave my kids lollipops, which was a nice touch. Our bedroom was spacious and clean, quite comfortable for our family. There was a microwave and kettle in the room, which added convenience. we had to share bathrooms down the corridor, which was not ideal despite the staff trying to accommodate us by placing other guests on another floor. The area outside was somewhat neglected, with rubbish present, detracting from the overall atmosphere. the positives liked the friendly staff's gestures and the clean room, but the shared bathrooms and location condition need attention.

Recently stayed at Helen'S Hotel Near Wembley for 1 night in a Family Room with Shared Bathroom and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious and cozy, perfect for our large group. The staff went above and beyond, even providing my kids with sweet treats! Location is convenient to all touristic areas of Wembley.

The room had a microwave and an electric kettle, making late-night snacks and hot drinks a breeze. Plus, the free parking was a nice perk during a stay in a bustling area.

Location-wise, it's quite a trek, around 50 minutes on foot from Wembley, which can be a hassle if you're coming back late from an event. the overall condition of the surrounding area was disappointing, with rubbish strewn about, making the experience feel a bit off.
